Food is a universal language.
I’ve found all of us everywhere have food in common. All of us have had some beautiful culinary exposure in our lives: be it through our mom’s Southern cooking, a house guest from Czech Republic or Nepal, or just a new Vietnamese shop that opened in town. Let’s not forget our neighborhood grocers that are like no other, or the food store opened downtown by someone new.
The possibilities of the new and amazing are endless.
Smells and flavors take us back to memories, homelands, hugs, and hurts like nothing else.
I try as many dishes as possible.

And above all, let’s eat, experience, explore, and
